Offender WatchMinimize

Allen County Law Enforcement is very pleased to announce a new service for the citizens of Allen County KS. We are introducing OffenderWatch as a program that allows our citizens to take and active role in monitoring their families and friends safety. OffenderWatch will let you know not only the offenders in your area but also inform you if other offenders move in or if there is a change in their status.

Concealed Carry Class - Tuesday, January 17, 2012

 

A Concealed Carry Handgun Class will be held Saturday, February 25th, 2012. Class starts at 7:30am & will meet in the basement Assembly Room of the Allen County Courthouse.
The purpose of this class is to educate and qualify participants who wish to carry a concealed firearm. The class is also open to anyone wanting to become more familiar with the use of handguns and safety issues related to shooting, as well as storing and cleaning a handgun. The class consists of an Introduction to firearms, basic care and maintenance, legal issues, use of deadly force, handgun manipulation; followed by a written test and qualification course on the range.
The class is a must for those who wish to obtain a Concealed Carry Permit but is open to all who are interested in these topics. 
Cost is $75.
